Valentines Day Bulk ideas for student council?

I’m in student council and we are trying to find ideas for valentines day. We need to find something to sell that is sold in bulk that we can make a decent profit off. So far all we can think of is these suckers from Oriental Trading. If we use those we’ll make maybe $0.60 profit. Do you have any ideas or places I can look at that specialize in bulk sales. I really want to do chocolate roses but they are way too much. We need something that can sell for a dollar. Are there any websites you can think of besides Oriental Trading?

Sometimes funeral homes and cemeteries will give away Flowers that are left behind for free.

I did that to fund raise for my chess team, it’s 100% profit.
