How soon should I make chocolate covered strawberries?
For my valentine’s president to my boyfriend, I am making him chocolate covered strawberries. we are celebrating it on saturday since we cant on the actual valentines day. so since I am giving it to him on saturday, should I make it the night before? will fridging the choc. covered strawberries overnight ruin them? how long will they last in the fridge?
I would make them the morning of and no sooner. You want to try and make them as close to the time you need them as possible. What happens is the strawberris start to sweat inside the chocolate and it causes the chocolate to seperate from them and crack. And you shouldnt put them in a plastic bag thatwill make them sweat more.

This was a really very good post. In theory I’d like to write like this also – getting time and actual effort to make a great piece of writing… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and by no means appear to obtain something done.
