Chocolate Lollipops

How would i make flesh color chocolate lollipops?

I want to make these cool baby face lollipops. But i don’t know how to change the color to flesh tone. And can i use food color? Please someone help me!!

You technically can’t make a chocolate lollipop in flesh tone. You can use White Chocolate as others have suggested, but white chocolate isn’t technically chocolate at all. If you want chocolate flavor, I would make the lollipops with regular chocolate and then when they’re cooled, dip them in white chocolate (colored with the slightest bit of coloring or even better, with a tiny bit of regular chocolate in it – that should make it flesh colored) enough so the brown chocolate underneath doesn’t show through. That way they look flesh colored but when you bite in they’re still regular chocolate flavored. They won’t be flesh colored once you bite in, but really, it’s the “pre-bite” look that matters =)
