Need a low calorie SWEET treat recipe?
I am starting a diet. it has been a week now.. and i want to treat myself over the weekend w a low calorie treat… no, not fruit.
i wanted to try the applesauce substitute and what not but realized i have no chocolate chips.. i have a brownie recipe, but that will still be 100 calories if i substitue applesauce for oil and eggs for egg whites…
anyone have any low calorie dishes that are satisfying?

Try making a sorbet or a gelato with fat free half and half
Cantalope or watermelon are unique and delicous
