Where would I order gourmet candy Making Chocolate?

I am wanting to try to start a chocolatier company. I need to try to find gourmet chocolate supplies for candy making. I am trying to find very good chocolate for truffles, turtles,and other kinds of candies. Any help would be appreciated.
