Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

What desserts can I make with chocolate chips?

I have the largest bag of chocolate chips I’ve ever seen and I’m in the baking mood but don’t know what to do with all of them. I’m already making Chocolate Chip Cookies and chocolate dipped pretzels. What else can I make with chocolate chips? (They are milk chocolate, because I just like everything super sweet haha).

Make some Chocolate Ganache with equal amounts heavy cream and chocolate chips, gently warmed, then whisked together for this super versatile sauce. This will indeed be super sweet. Maybe you can add a bit of baking cocoa powder and/or instant coffee to bring a little balance.

Once you have your ganache made, you can use it to dip cupcakes, frost brownies, on ice cream, dip fruit, you can even do hand made truffles. Here is some recipes from an excellent episode of 5 Ingredient Fix. I hope you like them.
